2 gelatine sheets
2 tbsp cocoa powder
100g lactose free butter
50g golden or maple syrup
200g puffed rice
50g lactose free chocolate chips
Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes.
Put lactose free butter and golden syrup into a pan over low heat and stir until dissolved.
Gently stir in the cocoa. Take the pan off the heat.
Remove gelatin shaking off excess water. Add the gelatin to the pan and stir, without heat until dissolved.
Stir in the puffed rice. Allow to cool a little then stir in the lactose free chocolate chips.
Press into a greased 18x20cm/6x8” dish. Cool until set then cut into squares and serve.
