4 parts ground coriander

2 parts ground turmeric

2 parts ground yellow mustard powder

2 parts chili powder*

1 parts cayenne powder

1 parts ground cumin 1/2 parts ground cardamom.


Place all of the spices in a bowl and stir together until well combined, making sure there are no lumps of any one spice.

Transfer immediately to an airtight container, and store in a cool dry place. Use in any recipe calling for curry powder.
