Ingredients


1 tbsp olive oil

150g  gluten free pasta shapes

100g smoked salmon, cut into strips

½ a small bunch dill, chopped

1 lemon, zested and juiced, plus wedges to serve if you like

3 tbsp lactose free cream

1 tbsp capers











Method


Cook the gluten free pasta following pack instructions.

Put the salmon, lactose free cream, capers, olive oil, dill, lemon juice and zest in a large bowl.

Drain the gluten free pasta then tip into the salmon bowl and toss everything together.

Season with black pepper and serve with a bit of extra dill and an extra lemon wedge if you like.
