Low FODMAP and Gluten Free Recipe - Banana cinnamon smoothie


1 banana, peeled and sliced

½ pint lactose free milk

1 tsp cinnamon

handful of ice

1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Place the banana, lactose fre milk, ice and maple syrup in a blender and then blend until smooth.

Transfer to a serving glass and serve at once.
